Nestled on the southeastern slope of 4000-foot Mount Pleasant in Central Virginia, Arcadia is our 83-acre mountainside home.

We are a sustainable and inclusive intentional community, an herb and vegetable farm observing organic practices, a retreat center for earth-based spirituality, and camping oasis.

Be a part of our rewarding community! Gardening, foraging, care for our animals (chickens, ducks, cats, dogs), grounds maintenance, events assistance, interacting with campers, and cleaning restrooms/showers are all skills we need.
